Shipping Policy

We aim to ensure that customers will be satisfied by receiving our products fresh and at a high quality as soon as possible after purchasing an order with us!

So, we are offering delivery across the UK as detailed below.

We are using a next day delivery service for all of the UK mainland & Wales at a cost of 1-20kg £7.
Scottish Highlands and Islands is £12 for 1-20 kg ( 2 days)

service subject to courier company.

Northern Ireland charge is £14 for 1-15kg ( 2 days ) service subject to courier company.

Please allow a minimum of 1-2 business days after we received your payment for your order to be processed, packaged and dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have ordered a product from the shop and it is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you to confirm whether you wish to change or adjust the order before sending it out.

We are more than happy to help our customers with returning and refunding if you received Broken, Damaged or an Incorrect order BUT you must inform us via a Facebook message within 24 hours after the package has arrived. Otherwise, we do not accept returns and refunds in any case.

We reserve the right to reject any returns and refunds that have any unreasonable and unethical reason. Also, every request can only be claimed if they are authorised by us.

In the case that there is no one waiting to receive the parcel and the product returns back and the product inside is damaged. The customer must be liable for damages.
